There are a growing number of options for Passive House consultant training and continuing education courses in the Northwest. More detailed information about them is available on the American Passive House Network website. In brief, Passive House Academy and CanPHI are providing training aimed at the international consultant accreditation program overseen by the PHI in Germany. The Passive House Alliance US sponsors training focused on an accreditation program, aimed specifically at the North American market, overseen by PHIUS in Illinois. Both the PHI and PHIUS have their own building certification programs – again more information is available at American Passive House Network.
