Our purpose is to reduce the impacts of excessive energy use to help preserve the natural world. Ecotope strives to be the preeminent expert in the Pacific Northwest on energy efficiency in buildings. This expertise includes a thorough understanding of all aspects of energy use including building science, building and mechanical system design, installer training and building commissioning, and regional energy policy and energy efficiency programs. Ecotope’s design approach is to encourage sensible and cost-effective integration of energy efficiency into all aspects of building design. This results in the development of more comfortable, energy efficient, and sustainable buildings.
